Overview
Take a 3-hour afternoon bike tour of Vancouver along the False Creek seawall. Go back in time as you visit some of Vancouver's oldest neighborhoods including Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown and Strathcona. Then follow the SkyTrain to the Olympic Athlete's Village for a glimpse of one of Vancouver's greenest neighborhoods. Equipment - The equipment supplied was a sturdy bike of various types of bikes from step through, hybrid, cruisers, and road bike to choose from. The bikes were equipped with a bell. Water-bottle holder, a front basket and a bicycle helmet, if needed.
Tour – The tour was arranged to visit the site listed on the itinerary, in such a way that the tour traveled mostly on bike paths, streets with bike lanes and on low volume streets, with limited interaction with the normal city vehicle traffic. I would classify this as a Tour of Historical Sites of Vancouver.
Tour Guide- Jeremy was a very knowledge about the sites visited with group stops to give insight and relative information about each site. He also seemed to have a high priority on the safety of the tour participants.
We were very satisfied with the tour and strongly recommend this tour as a way to get to know the city.
